General The records I've listed and sold recently are online returns/stock surplus from a major retailer and in many cases are unplayed. Often they'll show signs of being stored/packed in a way that a specialist music retailer wouldn't which I'll always try and describe. If there's a download slip pictured, I can't offer any assurances that it hasn't been used. Please take time to look at the photos as I do my best to take good quality pictures to allow bidders to see what they'll be getting - the pictures you see are of the actual item you are bidding on. Postage I use Royal Mail for sending records and will happily combine postage on multiple items. Please message me if you win more than one item as it's often not clear on the app so I can send a combined invoice. I've purchased decent quality record mailers and stiffeners to post all my records out in to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition. My feedback shows the care I take to do this, and to get them sent to you as quickly as possible - long may this continue. Returns My selling account is now a business one at eBay's request. This doesn't change anything for me as I was happy to accept returns previously. As the records have been only visually graded (unless otherwise stated) if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact me and I will be happy to refund any records returned me. If you change your mind and wish to return an item, then the only difference is that return postage will be at your cost.
