NordicTrack is one of our favorite treadmill brands, and now their machines are on sale!

Update 12/2/24: On Cyber Monday, we updated prices and retailers to find the best possible deals, but all of our favorite NordicTrack offers from Black Friday weekend are still up and running.

There’s no such thing as a good, cheap treadmill. Even the most affordable ones cost hundreds of dollars, and the best treadmills usually cost $1,000 or more. Usually. On Cyber Monday, brands and retailers of every shape and size roll out big sales to entice shoppers at the height of the holiday shopping season. Even NordicTrack exercise machines, which rarely get price cuts, are on sale ahead of the holiday season.

In our testing, NordicTrack treadmills and exercise bikes have performed reliably and intuitively, helping us keep testing all types of running gear year-round in our Easton, PA office. In most cases, these sales will knock a few-hundred bucks of their normal prices. These aren’t huge deals, but they are great machines, so every amount of discount makes them that much more appealing. If you’re looking for a NordicTrack exercise machine, these are the best deals you can find right now.

Cyber Monday NordicTrack Deals 2024

  • The NordicTrack Commercial 1750, recently named “Best Overall” in our Best Treadmills guide, is available at Amazon for $400 less than NordicTrack’s standard price.
  • The cheapest pick on our list, the NordicTrack Exp 7i, is down to $800. It’s rare to find a new NordicTrack treadmill for less than $1,000.
The Expert: I’m a former Division I runner–track and field and cross country–and a former Runner’s World test manager. I’ve logged thousands of treadmill miles across my running career on a variety of machines, from budget options that cost $1,000 to high-end slat-belt treadmills like the $75,000 AlterG anti-gravity treadmill. I generally prefer to run outdoors, but I still run on a treadmill when the weather calls for it.

What Makes a NordicTrack Treadmill Special

Portability

Aside from the Elite X24, all of the treadmills we recommend here fold vertically, making them more compact and less cumbersome to move around. To help you understand how a given treadmill will fit into your life, we’ve noted each model’s weight, user capacity, and whether or not it folds.

Deck Size and Incline

Most NordicTrack treadmills have a belt, also known as a running deck, at least 20 inches wide and 60 inches long. Many high-end models offer a longer and/or wider running space. All of the folding models on this list can create an uphill incline up to 12 percent. A handful of treadmills also offer negative incline, simulating a downhill run, which can help build strength and bone density.

iFit

NordicTrack’s iFit streaming workout video platform leads the industry, keeping us occupied with more than 10,000 available workouts that focus on walking and running, as well as treadmill-side weight training routines.

The catch is that iFit is subscription-based, with monthly packages starting at $15. NordicTrack treadmills work without an iFit subscription, but many of its streaming entertainment options, such as Spotify, Netflix and Amazon Prime, all require it.

Most NordicTrack treadmills come with at least one free month of iFit so you can try before you buy. Still, we’d recommend keeping that extra cost in mind while you shop.

Pros
  • Engaging touch screen
  • Fast speed and incline adjust
  • Can keep you in specific heart rate zone
Cons
  • Limited third-party entertainment options

Our favorite treadmill of 2024 is $200 off its Amazon list price (and $400 off the list price at NordicTrack.) Powerful, foldable and loaded with features, our editors found plenty to love about the Commercial 1750. It reacts quickly to changes in speed and incline and sports a spacious running deck that rotates skyward up to 12 percent and down to minus-3 percent.

RW Runner-in-Chief Jeff Dengate described the deck’s cushioning as “Goldilocks-level” perfect. The mill's 16-inch touch screen also contains the latest tech, including the iFit workout library with its thousands of interactive routines and the ability to stream media from Amazon Prime, Spotify and Netflix. It also syncs with Strava, Google Fit and Apple Health, and will even keep you in a given heart rate zone while you’re wearing a compatible heart rate monitor.

NordicTrack EXP 10i Folding Treadmill

On Sale
EXP 10i Folding Treadmill
Pros
  • Powerful fan and speakers
  • Easy to move around
Cons
  • Screen on smaller end

Runners looking for a cheaper, slimmed-down model will appreciate the NordicTrack XP 10i. You’re giving up 5 inches in belt length and 2 mph in top speed compared to the next model up, the Commercial 1250–but with the current sales on both treadmills, you’re saving $500. That seems like a fair trade to me.

In testing, we found the Exp 10i’s dimensions worked well for most runners, and it was easy to move into storage. Like its more expensive brethren, the XP 10i comes with access to the iFit library, which we enjoyed using even on the smaller 10-inch touch screen. We were even impressed with the powerful fan as well as the built-in Bluetooth speakers, the latter of which rose to the occasion to overpower the noise of the belt and then some.

Best Treadmill Under $1,000

NordicTrack Exp 7i

On Sale
Exp 7i
Pros
  • Competitive top speed and incline for the money
  • Lightweight
Cons
  • Small display

NordicTrack’s EXP 7i is a trustworthy budget-friendly treadmill, and this deal is a rare opportunity to grab a NordicTrack for less than $1,000 through the end of Black Friday. It’s the cheapest option on our list, but the EXP 7i still comes with the same warranty as the Commercial series: 10 years for the frame, 2 years for partners, and 1 year for labor.

In fact, many of its core features are the same as our other, more expensive picks: It still has a 20- by 60-inch running deck, a 12 mph top speed and 12-percent max incline. And at less than 230 pounds, it’s easy to fold up and move around when you need to switch up your space. The 7-inch touch-screen display is a bit small if you want to get fully lost in a workout video, but a big screen is a luxury we can live without at this price.

Fastest NordicTrack Treadmill Deal

NordicTrack Commercial 2450

On Sale
Commercial 2450
Pros
  • Easy and fast adjustments
  • Heart rate zone management
Cons
  • Missing keys for 10-13 mph

The Commercial 2450 is NordicTrack’s top-of-the-line folding treadmill, and you can score one for $300 off this season. Building on the already-solid specs of the Commercial 1750, it has a slightly wider 22- x 60-inch running deck, a top speed of 14 mph and a higher 400-pound weight limit.

During testing, we loved the level of cushioning on the belt–not too firm, not too soft. The sturdy console has a 24-inch touch screen to make the most of the treadmill’s iFit connectivity and ability to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime and Spotify via the iFit network. A fan that automatically adjusts to your level of intensity and the ActivePulse feature (which matches the mill’s pace to a desired heart rate zone) round out the nicest folding mill you can buy from NordicTrack.

Highest Incline

NordicTrack Elite X24i

On Sale
Elite X24i
Pros
  • Massive incline range
  • Large screen
  • 400 pound weight capacity
Cons
  • Cumbersome
  • Doesn’t fold

Picture yourself in the Italian Alps, following a gregarious mountain guide through the most scenic run of your life. Instead of looking down to make sure you don’t roll an ankle, you’re able to take it all in.

Sound nice?

NordicTrack’s current flagship treadmill, the Elite X24i, can transport you to that kind of scenic, undulating terrain with an incline range of minus-6 to 40 percent and a 24-inch touch screen. With an iFit subscription, you can follow a trainer up and over a vista at twilight as the Elite X24 adjusts speed, incline, and decline accordingly. Or you can burn through a high-intensity interval workout pumping your favorite tunes through the treadmill’s speakers via iFit’s Spotify connectivity.

If a truly huge screen isn’t as important to you, the NordicTrack X16, which is identical aside from a smaller 16-inch display, is also on sale.

Best Exercise Bike Deal

NordicTrack S22i Studio Bike

Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale
S22i Studio Bike
Pros
  • Comes with dumbbells for off-bike fitness routines
  • Large touchscreen
Cons
  • Tricky Assembly

While this is Runner’s World—not Bicycling—riding an exercise bike can also be a great way to get a workout in when a run’s not in the cards. As it happens, NordicTrack also makes one of our favorite exercise bikes, the S22i, and it’s on sale for Black Friday.

In testing, we were most impressed with the S22i’s massive 22-inch touch-screen display. It pairs perfectly with the iFit library, which features high-energy spin classes and adventure routes following instructors on scenic rides. The bike doesn’t actually pitch up and down, but its resistance tracks the undulations of an iFit ride to simulate vertical grades of 20 percent uphill to 10 down.

With bluetooth-enabled speakers and a pair of 3-pound dumbbells for off-the-bike training, the S22i gives you everything you need to start cross-training.
