We appreciate your business and are committed to providing the highest level of quality and service. Any product that does not meet the performance standards indicated in our product literature will be replaced at no charge. Our policy is valid for one year from the date of your purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product datasheet.
Returns
Antibodies, Chemicals, Labware and Gene Silencers are not eligible to be returned. The majority of products provided by Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc. are biological compounds and cannot be returned to our facility. Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc. is committed to providing the highest level of quality and service. Any product that does not meet the performance standards indicated in our product literature will be replaced at no charge. manufacturer's label. Use of any animal health product should
adhere to the manufacturer's label, and the customer should be
guided solely by their own judgment and opinion coupled with
professional veterinary advice.
