WATCH 00.00 06.00 12.00 18.00 06.00 12.00 18.00 24.00 DUTY OFFICER 2ND: 3RD: DUTIES Attend at manifold for hose connection. Initial line up. Open/close cargo-valves, monitor manifold pressure sign every hour, together with terminals representative discharge pressure log. Keep always updated cargo valves monitoring. Hourly rate calculation, pressure, longitudinal strength calculation. Follow safety guidelines (ISGOTT) and Safety checklist. Emergency towing lines. External doors fully closed. Follow loading/discharging plan. DUTIES Continuous attend manifold connection, watch at manifold, adjust of mooring ropes, gangway attendance and maintain visitors log. Check for hose leak, vibration, pressure, and funnel smoke and inform duty officer. Maintain radio watch/report to duty officer. All scuppers to be plugged and tight. Emergency towing lines. Attend smoking regulation. External doors fully closed. Maintain fire patrol. Make ready fire fighting equipment for immediate use. DUTIES Attend hoses connection. Continuous rounds on deck & pump room and report to duty officer. Check all scuppers to be effectively plugged. Radio watch to duty officer. Observe water around the tanker or terminal. Attend smoking regulation. Maintain fire patrol. All external doors fully closed. Make ready oil spill prevention equipment for immediate use.

DUTIES Attend tank inspection and stripping of tanks. Attend ballasting/deballasting operation, manifold connection, COP, stripping pump, vacuum pump during cargo operations. Attend smoking regulation. External doors fully closed. Any other attendance which may be required.

Extra watches : Bosun: , A/B O/S Above mentioned duties plus extra-watches to include but not restricted to, if required for urgency. Duty personnel not to leave their stations unless properly relieved. Strictly forbidden consuming alcohol 4 hours before duty.
