INTRODUCTION
1.1 PURPOSE OF THE SYSTEM The purpose of the system is to propose a system to manage the performance of the employee of the company. Also the system helps the company to keep an eye on the working of the employees and identify their weak points and also provide them with the necessary training that they require. 1.2 CLIENT DESCRIPTION This system is being proposed for the company who wants to manage the performance of their workers and keep a record of all their necessary required details. PROJECT OVERVIEW The system is being proposed to keep a record on what the staffs are working on and also viewing reports of each employee i.e. the up gradation and degradation in the performance of the workers and what extra efforts the company could put in to increase their sales. 2.2 PROJECT DETAILS It features additional tools for quality assurance monitoring and reporting, and works with home or remote employees. With workers management system, you can track and monitor employee hours from a remote location. This system can also help to improve productivity and efficiency by giving higher authorities the details about the performance of workers so that if any extra training or skill speciality is required, the organisation could provide it to the workers. DELIVERABLES a) This can help to improve the productivity and efficiency of the workers. b) With this system in place, there is better management of HR operations and available resources are better utilised. c) Due to this system there is a focus on web based systems where there is easy storage and retrieval of data, including employee details, payroll information, detailed job descriptions, employment laws, and paid time off tracking. d) These applications also store information like company handbooks, enrolment data, and emergency contact details.
