Rosario: This is to inform you that your request for Travel Authority for official trip to City of Milpitas, California, USA on October 5-18, 2013 is hereby approved. This authorization is subject to the following conditions: That expenses shall be borne by the City Government in connection with the travel herein authorized; and That you shall return to your official station upon completion of your travel.

    It is understood that this Travel Authority shall be subject to the pertinent provision of all other laws, rules and regulations. Very truly yours,
