Aqua Environment Co. Inc. valves are designed and manufactured to meet American Society of
Manufacturing Engineer's (ASME) Vessel Code Section 8. All production processes are subjected to a
rigorous, in house, audited, quality control program that is modeled after ISO9001.

TEST CERTIFICATION
This certifies each valve is tested under pressures between 2000 and 5000 psi. The following
tests are performed:
1. The valve must regulate downstream pressure as per its rated range.
2. The valve must vent or not vent downstream gas as per the valve being tested.
3. Valve is checked for excessive droop of downstream pressure when changing from static to
dynamic flow.
4. Valve is checked for leakage, external and internal.
