DR SDM600 Architecture

The SDM600 system architecture allows for a hierarchical installation where data from multiple SDM600 installations can be consolidated at a central point for clear visibility over all substations. The SDM600 uses standards like IEC 60870-5-101/104 or DNP3 at the network level to communicate with SCADA systems and IEC 61850-8-1 at the station level between the SDM600 and station gateways.
