On 20 /11/2014 at approximately 12 : 55 pm , while
patroling. Spotted an Afro American Male in a black car, parked in a luxirious hotel parking lot. The suspect stayed still for over 30 minutes. Thinking he was up to something, I decided to go check for myself, to make sure everything was alright. I pulled the suspect over right when he got off tharking lot. I walked around the vehicle to the driver door. The driver who was later Identified at Johnson Wallace refused to provide identification at the time of the event, and refused to tell me the reasons of his presence.
Actions Taken :
The suspect kept arguing, so I suggested him to get out
of the car, so I can process to searches. Mr Johnson started acting violent while I was trying to keep things smooth. Things got out of hand really quickly and I ended up tasing him, so he does not harm anybody. I cuffed the suspect, and called for backup. The car and the suspect had been searched afterward, and nothing dangerous or Illegal had been found. Mr Wallace had been transported to the station and had been processed.
