    INTRODUCTION

    The Bungalow that we chose is the Series A Cubist Bungalows at Twin Plam,
    Kemensah which is set on the slopes at the foothills of Bukit Tabur ,or popularly
    known as Klang Gates Ulu Klang. The built-up area is 4700sf aith 50ft x 90ft land
    area. The bungalow consists of 5+1 bedrooms with bath ensuite, triple volume
    stairwell, courtyard living and dining.
