    Please be informed that our office is going to move to a new office building by the end of
    January 2015, therefore we wish to request you to transfer the above said phone lines to the
    said new office building with the address as follows:

    Zamboanga City
    May we further manifest that the transfer be simultaneous, that is, the office will still pay
    under the existing terms of contract despite the transfer of telephone lines. Should you wish to
