I have successfully been managing a small, multi-property company based in Oklahoma. During the previous six years I have bought, sold, remodeled, and managed single-family homes and self-storage facilities. All of these properties were in or near a condition of disrepair. After our investment and improvements I was able to greatly increase the value for rental use or for resale.

I started an Edward Jones office from $0 invested/managed and finished with managing a $25 million office during a three and a half year period.
