Dengan hormatnya, kami merujuk kepada perkara tersebut di atas dan perjumpaan antara Tuan
dari pada pihak Tuan dan En Andrew Ng and Pn Aiza daripada pihak kami pada 19hb Mac 2015 petang.
Dengan izin, kami juga merujuk kepada permohonan kami kepada pihak Tuan bertarikh 2/12/2014 seperti
di atas.
Seperti yang dibincang antara pihak Tuan dan pihak kami pada perjumpaan tersebut di atas, dengan ini
kami rekodkan bahawa pihak Tuan telah maklumkan pihak kami bahawa permohonan kami tersebut tidak
berkenaan dan tidak diperlukan oleh sebab pada masa kini walau dengan jualan Harta tersebut kepada
pembeli bukan bumiputera, kami tidak melanggar kuota bumiputera yang dikenakan ke atas Projek
Pembangunan tersebut.

We refer to the above matter and to the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 5 th February 2015 (SPA)
executed between the Proprietor, your goodself and us.
Pursuant to Clause 2 (5) of the SPA, the SPA is conditional upon the release of bumiputera quota by the
State Authority, Lembaga Perumahan Dan Hartanah Selangor (LPHS).
We write to inform your goodself that at the meeting conducted on 19 th March 2015 between us and LPHS,
we are informed by LPHS that our sale of the above Property to your goodself does not exceed the
bumiputera quota and no approval for release of bumiputera quota is required to be issued by LPHS for our
sale of the above Property to you.
In view thereof, we confirm that the release of the above Property from the bumiputera quota is not
required and the condition precedent stipulated in Clause 2(5) shall be deemed to be deleted from the SPA
and of no effect in the sale of the above Property by us to you.
Pursuant hereto, we undertake to secure the release of the above Property from the bumiputera quota in the
event that the above Property cannot be transferred to you upon issuance of the strata title for the above
Property for the reason that the above Property is within the bumiputera quota. However, the release
charges for the bumiputera quota shall be borne by you as stipulated in Clause 2(5) of the SPA.
Further, we hereby agree to indemnify you and keep you indemnified of all costs and expenses incurred by
you due to the reason that the transfer in your favour cannot be registered without the release of bumiputera
quota.
Meanwhile, we confirm that the balance of Purchase Price amounting RM400,000.00 will be effective
within (3) months from the date of this letter.
