** Payment: By 100% Irrevocable L/C at 90 days sight to be opened strictly in compliance with the terms of conditions of
Performa invoice and payment to be made in US dollar (FDD) within maturity date.

Usance period i n t e r e s t t o be paid @

Libor and Overdue (if any) to be paid 16.50% per annum. All banking charges (L/C open, Amendment etc) paid by L/C
applicant A/C.
** Shipment: Within 30 days from our factory site after received of workable L/C. Partial Shipment to be allowed & all L/C
Document must be signed by applicant Authority. ** Destination: Applicant factory.
** Packing : 1 Lbs./Cone & Packing about 60 Lbs./Carton.

01) Maturity to be counted from the date of Delivery Challan/ Truck receipt.
02) Inland transportation from Comilla EPZ will be arranged & paid by the applicant "Freight collect"
03) Must have submitted General Bond, UD (Attested by BKMEA/BGMEA Member) and l.R.C. NO.
04) The terms & condition in the L/C which have not been stipulate in the P/l are entirely void.
05) Goods order quantity or credit amount tolerance must be drawn more or less 5% is allowed.
