Utopia - Factionism Manifesto

Utopia can be defined as an imaginary world which everything is perfect. Our utopia
name is Amethyst , a name of one of the lucky gems that means supporting in making a
good decision. Our slogan is Faction for the Future . The meaning of Amethyst relates to
our slogan because citizens decision is necessary for the faction electives. Also, our social
institutions are the main factor for choosing the right faction would determine the future of
each person. Our social institutions are separated into three parts. First, social welfare is the
government assistance that gives chance to ones who gets fewer opportunities. Second,
intelligence is the governments control of citizen in rule. Third, cultural
policy is how the government instills citizen to love their country or

became nationalist. ( faction )

Social Welfare
To begin with, social welfare means the program that assists to people in the country
in both individuals and families. Our utopias social welfare can be categorised into several
projects. Firstly, everyone in our country would be classify into five different factions, in
another word, Faction System. Each faction represent that group of peoples ability,
personality, perspective, etc. Because of these factions grouped people by their happiness,
different factions will have different jobs to do and all the jobs are important for every single
part of the society. For instance, the faction Dauntless is the group of the bravery.
Therefore, their job in the society is to be responsible for all jobs that requires braveness such
as police and other jobs. Because of very single of our citizen need to be involved in
choosing their faction to determine their life, everyone would have a job to work. Thereby,
none of our citizen would get unemployed. Our utopias perspective towards jobs is that
every job is important to the society. Every job have an equal honour. To illustrate, without
the chef, will the doctor have something to eat? And if theres no merchant, will the

architecture are able to buy things? Eventually, the answer is no. This above example really
depicts us how all jobs are a piece of puzzle that builds up this utopia. This idea would also
allow people to follow their dreams of what they really wanted to be in their life. There
wouldnt be job discrimination happening because everyone is proud and happy with their
job. Every job in our utopia receives an equal amount of salary so that the salary wouldnt be
one of the factors people choose their faction from. Our public services are free for everyone
to use. The money the government receives came from that tax that we collected from all the
citizens and brought it to help with the infrastructure, public services, etc. For example,
people are allowed to use the train for free in order to travel from place to place The train is
available in many branches that reaches all of the community in the country. This made the
transportation system very convenient and there would be no worries for the citizens about
travelling to different places in the country. These free services is considered one of the
rewards that conveys the attempt of the government saying thank you for everyone who
worked really hard. When citizens age reaches 65, its time for the retirement. However,
that group of people wont get bored for the rest of their life because theres nothing to do
because we provide places for the elders to come and meet with each other. Furthermore, if
they would like to work, some community services work are available for those who
volunteer to such as washing dishes or sweeping the road. This idea came from Singapore.
The way Singaporean elders help their society by helping with some small jobs would help
the society to be more perfect.
On the other hand, our utopia also provides many programs for kids. For those who
are pregnant, they got an allowance for a 7-month break to take care of their baby the best.
After the child birth, the parents are allowed to take care of their own kids for 20 months.
For the kids in age 0-3 years old, there will be a nursery that will help support and trained the
kids to be a good citizen. For the health care, there would be a standard fare for everyone.

It wont be cheap because health is one of the most hazard things to deal with. Our health
care is a high quality care. Lastly, to entertain all the citizens, our country will always have a
game that everyone is allowed to play and the winner will receive a voucher that can actually
use for a discount in the shopping mall. This idea came from the project Food Stamps in the
USA.
Intelligence
Intelligence in our utopia is about monitoring how people in each faction live. Our
utopia will focus in every actions in society mainly focus on government system. We will
establish one agency in order to spy on accuracy of aptitude test which lead to faction
selection. We want to prevent in case of theres anyone try to intervene faction system by
instigating people to become the rebellion. We will examine and survey in every events and
ideas in our utopia. Righteousness is the most important not only in government but also
citizens in the society. We prefers moderate funding for intelligence because we dont widely
open our utopia for other nations. We can extremely focus only native citizens and control
our domestic society in regulation. Orderliness of people in the society makes us maintain
both domestic and international control in our utopia. When people are under the law, we can
control, organize and develop our utopia more. Before acting on every events, need to ask for
permission from the head of each faction which will get the license for each event after the
leader has approved. Candor is in charge of investigation for righteousness in every career.
We cant guarantee one-hundred percent of justice from everyone but at least if we need to
find someone who has responsibility to control impartiality of society it should be honest
Candor. We wont allow the events which could lead to secret meeting or in other words
revolutionary plans. Everybody should keep going on their own jobs and we also provide
some holidays for family gatherings among all of factions. We will have one room which be
controlled by us (utopias founders). This room will have more than one thousand real-time

CCTV videos from every corners of each faction and also be main database of the whole
utopia. The significant information will be kept in this room. We want to prevent resistance.
We wont spy on internet or every website you entered but we will know if youre doing
something which could involve in rebellion by spying on your actions through CCTV. We
wont listen peoples mobile phone or chat records but we will know if keywords were
discussed. We dont want to be this kind of strict. However, the main point of our utopia is
decision. Because Faction is the future.. Therefore, we wont let anyone distract this idea
absolutely. We respect every decisions. Everybody are responsible for whatever theyve
chosen.
Cultural Policy
In terms of Cultural policy, it means the public policy that related to the culture and
arts used in the government. In our utopia, we are focusing on cultural policy because it is
one way to protect the citizens in our country from rebelling or creating riots between
factions. This idea make people in the country to be nationalist in their country and also in
their faction that they live. Cultural policy foster people on their own idea. If we foster our
citizens to save our original culture, it means they need to love their country in their
subconscious of humanity. We need to focus on our official state culture to conservative our
main culture of factionalism that we make to control the country and make the citizens all
happy with their own life in our utopia. Cultural policy also important because in our utopia
we focus on peaceful inside the country and choose to live with ourselves more than interfere
with other country. Moreover, we need to select people that want to immigrate to our country
because it is one way to protect the country from swarming and intervene by other country.
People tha that want to immigrate to our country need to have visa that guarantee that they
are open hearted to our utopia.

All in all, utopias social is city where people live in peaceful manner. There are three
main parts of utopia, which are social welfare that means people in the society will receive
high quality public services. Intelligence, The utopia social absolutely focuses on the
government. They believe that if they can control the citizen by law and make people respect
the law, they could live happily. And the last, cultural policy, Which is about saving their
original culture by their citizen. They need to protect their culture by making people to be
nationalist. Without these factions, it wont create up this Amethyst. Every single role in
the country can be compared to a jigsaw artwork. If theres one little tiny piece of jigsaw
missing, the work wont be able to complete and the picture wouldnt be perfect. Besides,
those different jigsaw pieces that represents every role in the society needs to fit each other to
create this piece of alluring project. By all of these three main social institutions, together
with the cooperation of all the citizens, our country would undoubtedly be one of the most
perfect society.
