    INFORMATION
    The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor, upon sworn complaint originally filed
    by the offended party, accuses Sps. Victor and Mary Jane Ramos, of the crime of Estafa
    defined and penalized under Article 315, paragraph 1 (b) of the Revised Penal Code,
    committed as follows:
    That on November 8, 2014, in Los Ba os Laguna, Philippines
    and within the jurisdiction of the Honorable Court, the said accused,
    having received from private complainant Rogelio E. Micosa the
    following amounts with the duty to deliver the same to the debtor
    farmers or to return the same:
    1. P 80,000.00 out of P200, 000.00 to be given supposedly to Mr.
    Esteban Ramos;
    2. P153,000.00 of P200, 000.00 to be given supposedly to Mr.
    Orlando Ramos; and lastly
    3. P 47,000.00 which will be use allegedly by the accused spouses
    to purchase a farming equipment.
    with a total value of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS
    (P280,000.00) under the express obligation of turning over of amounts to
    the debtor farmer and use of the same for a particular purpose that is,
    exclusively for the purchase of the machinery but accused far from
    complying with his obligation, did then and there willfully, unlawfully, and
    feloniously misapply, misappropriate and convert the aforesaid amounts
    for their own personal use and benefit and despite several demands
    made upon them, accused refused and failed and still refuses and fails
    to return or account for the same to the damage and prejudice of private
    complainant Rogelio E. Micosa, in the aforesaid sum of P280,000.00
    Contrary to law.
