Scope of work: Plan, manage and co-ordinate initiatives to develop academic staff in terms
of capacity and excellence in their teaching, supervision and research. To be researchactive, supervise training co-ordinators, evaluate training, courses, materials and provide
vision on strategic planning. Design and teach courses for academic staff. Lead research

(about 8 years).
Kulungini Trust advocate. Set up Book Launch for book Empty Hands and
fundraising drive.
Facilitator for Common Purpose Leadership project with SRC.
Led numerous retreats on mindfulness and Tai Chi at retreat centres.
Team coaching for StAH Student Advocates for Health Group.
Contributed to a creative writing project Recovering Academics.
Provided a series of team coaching sessions for National Health Laboratory Services
(Clinical Microbiology & Infectious Diseases, NHLS).
Ran a week-end retreat for Strategic Planning for School of Pathology.
