    150% of the list price

    Maintenance

    When adding maintenance to a license or renewing expired maintenance, an additional pro-rated


    Maintenance Fee will be incurred for the time period previously not covered by Maintenance, to a
    maximum of 80% of the Initial Purchase Price.

    Upgrades

    Upgrade prices increase every month by 1/12 th of the Annual Maintenance Fee, to a maximum of
    80% of the Initial Purchase Price.

    Volume Discounts

    Volume discounts are available for simultaneous purchases of two or more perpetual licenses.
    Get 5% off the cost of two licenses of the same product
    Get 10% off the cost of three licenses
    Get 15% off the cost of four licenses
    Get 20% off the cost of five licenses
    Get 25% off the cost of six or more licenses.
    Volume discounts also apply when purchasing two or more years of Maintenance.

    Academic Discount

    An Academic Discount of 50% is offered to universities for software purchases.

    Plug-in licenses must be used in conjunction with another product. CTRAN/W requires SEEP/W or VADOSE/W; AIR/W requires SEEP/W.
    Bundles allow multiple products to be used concurrently by a single user:
    Basic limited-feature bundled license includes SLOPE/W, SEEP/W, SIGMA/W, QUAKE/W, TEMP/W, CTRAN/W, AIR/W and VADOSE/W
    Standard includes SLOPE/W, SEEP/W and SIGMA/W
    Professional includes SLOPE/W, SEEP/W, SIGMA/W, QUAKE/W, TEMP/W and CTRAN/W
