Things to pack are some
snacks for the top. Don't
have them in plastic bags
if you can help it as there
are monkeys on top of the
volcano. Also a light jacket
because it is quite cool in
the morning and a head
torch is handy too.

disappointed. It's true,
ALAM has the longest
rafting route (start early
on the river and continue
going long past all the
other companies). The
tour guides are well versed in English and are fun
and accommodating. My favorite part of the river
was getting out to swim in a little area where you
could do some climbing and jump into the river.
