Packing list process

Packing steps ( done in Quality)


First create the material master for packing

material.
Required fields:

Material type : VERP(packaging)


Material Group : Packing
Item Category group : VERP
General Item Category Group : VERP
Packaging material Group : Wooden box, Base packing,
Full packing, Corrugated Box
Packaging material type : Pallets, Container, Ship ,
Packing.

Packing Steps in VL02N


Before PGI , packing is to be done.
Go to VL02N
Click on Pack Icon as mentioned in the screen

shot.

Steps in packing screen


Give the packaging materials (created in

material master)
System automatically generates the handling
unit number

Select the handling unit in first box


Select the materials to be packed in the

respective handling unit (material available


in bottom box)
Click on the pack button as mentioned in
screen shot.
After clicking the icon, the system generates
message Material is packed.
Repeat the process with different handling
unit and different set of materials.

Unpack the materials

To unpack the material, select the handling

unit, and click on Empty icon available at


right side box.

Print output
Click on SAVE
To take print output
