    This is to endorse to your good office the request of Mr. ZALDY A. ROMA that the price
    of the property he wants to acquire be lowered to PhP 170,000.00 from PhP
    280,000.00.
    Mr. Roma has been living in the subject property since 1998. He has gone through a lot
    for that property. There is the constant flooding and the big floods that occurred in
    1999, 2001 and 2013. Because the property is susceptible to huge floods,
    improvements must be made to make it safer for its inhabitants. Hence, the current
    price at PhP 280,000.00 is simply too high. It must be lowered to PhP 170,000.00.
    We are hoping for your favorable and prompt response.
