Using a known working CF card as the master template, open the Firmware imaging tool
kit and write the necessary firmware to the card, then close the program.
Open HxD select extras and open disk

Select removable disk 1 and uncheck read only

From the edit menu, choose Select All, then copy.

When all data is copied, remove the CF card from the card reader.
Insert the target CF card into the reader.
In HxD, select EXTRAS, Open Disk, Removable Disk 1, uncheck Read Only, and Enter.

Your screen should look like the snap shot below

Select EDIT, Paste

The data about to be inserted changes to red

Select FILE, SAVE.

The screen will show your progress

When changes are complete, the data will change from red to black.

Remove the CF card from the reader.

Any additional cards can be processed by repeating the paste command with the target
CF card installed.
