Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did
operate a motor vehicle by one or more of the following means:

a. While under the influence of an alcoholic beverage or drugs or a
combination of such substances;
b. While having an alcohol concentration of .08 or more as measured in the person's breath, blood or
urine;
c. while any amount of a controlled substance is present in the person as measured in the person's blood or urine

I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit, known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime
State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime
On 6-04-2016 I was on routine patrol on highway 71 south out of Auburn. I observed a vehicle northbound which radar indicated the vehicle traveling
at a speed of 74 miles per hour. I than noticed the on coming car driving into my lane of travel with his high beams on. I initiated a traffic stop on the
vehicle. Walking up to the drivers window I could smell a strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from the driver. The driver was identified as Ben
Worley. BW refused to all testing and was advised he would be placed under arrest for OWI. While attempting to place BW into handcuffs, he resisted
and a struggle ensued. BW was Tazed and finally placed into cuffs. BW was then transported to the jail where he was read implied consent advisory
which he also refused to cooperate and test was not taken. BW was jailed on Interference With Official Acts and Operating While Intoxicated. The
while time in dealing with BW I coud smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from his person.
