    Risk Assessment Plan

    Overview:

    The purpose of risk management is to exert influence and control on factors that could
    have a negative impact on the Health, Safety and Welfare at work for ThirdForce
    employees, visitors and contractors.

    The Risk Assessment Plan provides the framework to manage Health & Safety on an
    ongoing basis to ensure optimum safety levels are maintained and compliancy
    requirements are intact.

    Frequency:

    Risk Assessments will be conducted on an annual basis (June/July) in Dublin, London and
    the Field. These Risk Assessments will follow the adopted risk assessment methodology
    and will be comprehensively captured and auctioned upon where applicable.

    Methodology:

    As recommended by IBEC and HeartBeat (our Safety Advisors) the below risk assessment
    methodology has been adopted by ThirdForce, this is referred to as the Risk Matrix.
