• Loading Port : KODECO, POWER CITY South Kalimantan, Indonesia
• Destination Port : TJ. PEMANCINGAN, IBT PORT
• Monthly Quantity : 50,000 – 100,000 MT/month
• Price : Rp 510.000,- /MT FOB Barge
• Size : Crusher
• Price Revision : 3 monthly

• Payment : Cash FOB Barge

For the month of June LAYCAN we use cash payment system 50, 40, 10, with
details :

- Payment to 1 : 50% of the total volume planned in pay during 8000MT of


coal in the stockpile mini ( Mine Mouth ). Or 10% sigh contrac of coal in the
stockpile jetty

- Payment to 2 : 40% of the total volume planned paid at 50% loading of 8000
MT.

When loading occurred of Friday and / or National Holidays, then the purchaser
shall complete the payment as uch as 90% of the volume loaded before loading
the plan to avoid the barge could not sailing.

- Payment to 3 : 10% repayment of the deficiency payment is paid after


shipment sellers submit the document to FOB BARGE.

- Shipment 1 : Ready On June 2010


• Package : Bulk
• Inspection : To be Final By Geoservice or an independent surveyor at loading port

1. Validity : this Fco Expires on 20 June 2010
