    Dear Mr. Jena ,

    With reference to your cited quotation & further discussion ,We are
    herewith pleased to place this work under for supply of manpower to our
    construction sites on the following terms & conditions.

    Sl No. Category Rate (Rs.) Working Hr.

    1. Mason Rs.290/- per day 8 hrs.


    2. Fitter Rs.290/- per day 8 hrs.
    3. Shuttering Carpenter Rs.290/- per day 8 hrs.
    4. RCC Rs.290/- per day 8 hrs.
    5. Helper Rs.290/- per day 8 hrs.
    6. Plumber Rs.7000/- per month
    7. Electrician Rs.7,000/-Per month

    Terms & Conditions:


    (i) Company will provide accommodation, Transportation (camp to
    project) & Medical facilities. For any critical disease will not pay.
    (ii) Payment for Sl. No- 1-5 will made quarterly.
    (iii) You will provide a supervisor at your cost to look after the labors &
    communicate to the project office every day.
    (iv) Overtime will be paid @ 1.5 times proportionately on the basis of daily
    rate on mentioned above.
    (v) You should provide on the valid labor license in this connection.
    (vi) All the records in this connection will be maintained by you & should
    be counter signed every day by our concerned site-in-charge/ project
    manager.
    (vii) Safety equipments will be provided by us.
    (viii) For any extra labor requirement the company will inform you 7 days
    earlier for the same.
    (ix) TDS will be deducted as per our company rule.
    (x) Any dispute will be of Bhubaneswar court of jurisdiction.
    (xi) You have to produce valid labour licence and P.F/ESI registration
    certificate and deduction thereto.
    (xii) You have to sign the standard agreement and undertaking as per the
    format of the company in this connection.
