On Thursday, 12/9/10, a Theft of Motor Vehicle occurred in the 100 block of Simpson Rd. A blue
1996 Nissan Sentra was taken from in front of the residence, along with the vehicle keys.

On Saturday, 12/11/10, a burglary occurred in the 100 block of Simpson Rd. sometime between
2:00 - 2:20 P.M. Entry was gained by forcing open a rear basement window. Numerous electronic
devices, including large flat screen televisions were removed from the property.

On Monday, 12/13/10, a burglary occurred in the 100 block of Cricket Ave. sometime between 8:30
A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Entry was gained by forcing open a rear basement window. Numerous
electronic devices, including large flat screen televisions were removed from the property.

As a result of the investigation, Walter Jonathan Whiteman, age 19, 168 Simpson Rd. Ardmore,
Pa. 19003, was arrested and charged with Theft of Motor Vehicle, Burglary and related offenses.
Whiteman was arraigned and is currently in Montgomery County Prison in default of $25,000 cash
bail. A preliminary hearing on the above matters is scheduled for 12/23/10.
