10. Solenodon

The Solendon is a small mammal that is indigenous to Cuba and Hispanola. This creature very
closely resembles the Shrew in the fact that it has a long snout and scaly tail. However, the
Solenodon has a flexible snout as opposed to the Shrew. Another distinctive feature of this
animal is the fact that it is extremely poisonous. The Solenodon is the only mammal that can
