    what i came up with after hearing the music in that Cannon Rebel xsi/xti commercial a few years ago...i know that modern copyright court rulings say that even me just coming up with something that resembles possibly maybe sampling work even if i came up with it on my own for the purpose of personal usage and for bettering the world so other people can play it, that it is in fact not under fair use and possibly not legal, but somehow i think that if you start saying that sampling/using even 1 second of a song is copyright infringement then i argue that their letters, words, and phrases actually belong to the original creators and they can stuff it. unless michael montes minds, in which case i request he release retail sheet music in which case i concede that this indeed causes financial harm and will immediately retract this and likely will purchase a copy. modern copyright law....irritates me...a lot....
