BACKGROUND INFORMATION Ms. Zandra describes herself as shy, easy to lean on and a girl who loves jokes and always happy. She is from Concepcion, Tarlac and had graduated at Concepcion Catholic School from her Elementary and High school. She is the second child from the two children of Rudy Pascual and Virginia Pascual. At present, she is now in third year stage in the Central Luzon State University in which she is taking up Bachelor of Arts in Psychology while her two brother is in Tarlac State University. While in school she is residing at Bagong Sicat, Science City of Muoz together with her friends and cousin. According to Ms. Zandra she is very close to her brother that every girlfriend of her brother she want that they are close too. She also had this bond to her classmates and friends that according to her she look at them as a co-burden and treat them as her real sisters and brother. Ms. Zandra is not presently on a relationship because she decided to concentrate more on her study and her career. Whenever, that she will have the opportunity to be in a relationship she wants a give and take process and they treat themselves more as a brother and sister.

REASON FOR RTEFFERAL Ms. Zandra underwent series of psychological test as an assessment. Also, taking for consideration the application of what he learned in the field of endeavor and test his psychological well-being. In general this would be helpful in identifying the factors that contribute in her personal growth.

BEHAVIORAL OBSERVATION
Ms. Zandra who considered as one of the shy and quite person in her class tends to have a few friends, but she is easy to talked to. Similar to her age, she manage to do her job in a well disciplined manner and with this kind of ethics, her classmate respects her. During the tests, Ms. Zandra usually all set for the class noise that is why she also prepared to sit beside the window that according to her make her feel more at ease,
lighten up and contemplate on the test that she is taking. She listen courteously when the test administrator giving the directives. In some occasions, she asked question about on things that she can not understand. She also possessed a high interest and regards on the different test given.

TEST INTERPRETATION
MD5 Mental Ability Test Ms. MG is performing fine or normal in verbal and numerical task base on her MD5 test result. Ms. MG obtained a score of 6 in her overall ability in the test and an equivalent percentile of 10. When interpreted, it is showed on the result of Ms. Zandra that that she is average on the test result. ` Purdue Non-Language Test or (PNLT) On Purdue Non-Language test, Ms. Zandra obtained a raw score of 31 with percentile of 50. Interpreting this result, Ms. Zandra is considered average on the said test. The result only means that Ms. ZANDRA performed better on Non-verbal or NonLanguage task. Furthermore, this only means that Ms. Zandra is more oriented on test that requires ability on non-language test such as abstract and logical thinking. Moreover, this further implied that Ms. Zandra can evaluate geometric figures in inferring relationships, like the ability to understand the relationship in logical form, the ability to provide the missing element in a template composed of geometric elements and others related to non-verbal form task. Edwards Personal Preference Schedule (EPPS) Ms. Zandra shows that she was so systematic in a sense of being neat and organizes in things she surrounds. She also has a strong need of seeking of need and encouragement from others. However, Ms. Zandra has a strong tendency not to become loyal to her friends, not to so something for friends such as helping when they are in trouble, not to treat other with sympathy, as well as not to show the feeling of affection. In addition, the client also
shows that she has less need in sexual activities, less physical attracted and not being sexually excited to opposite sex.
Dimension Of Self Concept (DOSC) Ms. Zandra shows that she has a high anxiety level which means she lacks of objectivity and a heightened or exaggerated concern about performance on test and other evaluation. She has also a high tendency to have distorted view of the expectations of others. However, Ms. Zandra also shows that she has an unrealistic view of personal skills and potential does not match the performance and the test indicate interest lie outside academics. Ms. Zandra also shows to be shy on which may have difficulty communicating and approaching others. She also has a tendency of feelings of rejection, isolation and hostility towards others. College Adjustment Scale (CAS) Ms. Zandra take the college adjustment scale (CAS), the result shows that in two domains Ms. Zandra got a significant judgment. Suicidal Idealistic (IS) and Career Problems (CP) were the two domains which are significant to Ms. Zandra it implies that Ms. Zandra reports thinking about suicide or engaging in behaviors associated with suicide attempts. She has thoughts of suicide and may view suicide as a viable solution to their problems. She may also have formulated a suicide plan or may have attempted suicide in the past. Moreover, in Career problems, Ms. Zandra may experience anxiety or worry in selecting an academic major or future career. Difficulty in selection may be related to a lack of information about choices, undifferentiated career interests, or an absence of clear career goals. Bender- Gestalt Test (BGT)
Ms. Zandra also take the Bender-Gestalt test which measure Neurological and Psychological disorders. In this test Ms. Zandra obtained total score of 20.25 which suggest that she is on the Normal Functioning. However, the test showed that Ms. Zandra has the tendency to be Overly Methodical as figure out on the procedure she did while doing the test.
Draw A Person Test (DAP) On the Draw A Person Test (DAP) Ms. Zandras drawing shows that the one who draw experiencing strong attachment either too much dependence to a opposite sex. Ms. Zandra tends to withdrawn and shows a feeling of uncertainty and regressive tendencies. Moreover, she shows a high energy drive level and extreme tension or anxiety along with sometimes tend to suspiciousness and supplementary paranoid characteristics. However, the drawing shows the feeling of insecurity and helplessness and problem of acute sexual dysfunction. In addition, Ms. Zandra is being likely to make forced congeniality or inappropriate effect and a desire for environmental or interpersonal contact or the desire for help or affection. Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) In addition, Ms. Zandra also takes another type of projective test- the Thematic Apperception Test. Result showed that the common themes manifested on the story are characterized the need for love, care, and attention (appears in card number 7GF, 4GF, 3GF, 16), desire for a good quality of life (appears in card number 6GF, 1, 2, 10, 11, 13), aggressive tendencies (appear in card number 6GF, 4GF, 1, 10, 11), and aggression appears in some stories and the concept of hope and being optimistic towards life appears in every story.
VIII. SUMMARY
Ms. Zandra
University and 18 year-old woman, underwent a series of psychological test which covers intelligence, Aptitude, interest, and projective to assess in the factors that would contribute in her personal growth. These tests are composed of six tests which are MD5 Mental Ability Test, Purdue Non-Language Test or (PNLT),Edwards Personal Preference Schedule (EPPS),Dimension Of Self Concept (DOSC) and College Adjustment Scale (CAS) and Three Projective test namely, Bender- Gestalt Test (BGT), Draw A Person Test (DAP) and Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) . The tests showed that in the intelligence tests, Ms. Zandra is not good in verbal reasoning but good in Non-language test as what the test Purdue Non-Language Test implies and in Differential Aptitude Test. That is why her performance in verbal reasoning is not the same scores of her non-verbal reasoning. On the personality test, Ms. Zandra lacks on scores in the Bar-On EQ which she falls on the area of enrichment. However the result of the 16PF suggested that she is, Open to change and experimenting, Solitarity & individualistic, Tense, high energy, impatient and driven, Socially Participating, Pertubable, Persuausive & Willfull, Resolutte & Unemphatic and Inhibits Urges. The result of the study habits and attitudes is clearly described as Ms. MG has a poor orientation towards studying maybe because according to her she suffers at as always laziness and lack of interest towards studying. Aggressiveness is the over all result of Ms. MG projective test.
IX.
RECOMMENDATION
Based from the result obtained from the different Psychological tests undergone by Ms. MG, the following recommendations are made:
1. On the aspect of Ms. MG intelligence, her lack of verbal ability can be resolved with more
readings and somehow watching English movies and practice speaking English so that she may develop her skills in terms of verbal. 2. In addition, on the domain of her personality specifically her over-all EQ and Interpersonal which showed area for enrichment may be improve by giving her support in enriching these areas. Furthermore her aggressive tendency and uncontrolled urges and being impulsive may be lessen or change thru different personality development and workshop. Same true with her high Anxiety which may be subjected with this kind of training. 3. Her problems with her interest may resolve by cheering and encouraging her and giving her support of what she wants to pursue for this would be great factor on her study and life as a whole. 4. Her Study Orientation (including Study Habit and Study Attitude) may improve through encouragement. Moreover, behavioral approach such as developing her study skills, attitude and habits, scheduling and other related areas may be used for further improvement of her study orientation.
