Pay on Delivery
Using Jumia's Pay on Delivery service, you can pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order. This is an easy payment option that only requires you to have the correct amount of cash when your package is delivered, as our delivery men do not carry petty cash. Take note that all payment should be done in Nigerian Naria, and that the Pay on Delivery option is only available for certain postal codes. Jumia will not incur you with delivery charges for this option.

Online Banking / Bank Transfer


This payment method requires the customer to transfer money directly from his/her account into one of Jumias bank accounts. Orders must please be paid within 48 hours. Your order will be shipped as soon as your transaction reflects in our account. ABOUT VERIFIED BY VISA


Verified by VISA (VbV) is a password protected identity checking service developed by VISA to significantly reduce the risk of fraud in online transactions. It protects customer identity and thereby improves the security of Internet payments. It also reduces disputed transactions.

Enrolling your card for Verified by Visa


This site is protected with VbV and requires that the card is enrolled to participate in the VbV program. To enrol Visa cards issued by Nigerian Banks, you would need to follow the steps outlined below: 1) Locate a nearest VISA/VPAY enabled ATM 2) Insert your card and punch in your PIN 3) Select the PIN change option 4) Select the Internet PIN (i-PIN) change option 5) Insert any four - six digits of your choice as your iPIN 6) Re-enter the digits e ntered in Step 5 above 7) If you have performed the above steps correctly, a message is displayed informing you youre your PIN was changed successfully. This means that your card is now enrolled in the VbV (Verified by Visa) program and may be used for any internet related transactions. 8) Note that the word iPIN , Password and VbV code are the same 9) You can now visit your favourite VbV enabled site to shop securely
