APPLICATION FORM For action group status with OPIRG-Ottawa If you would like to be considered for action group

status at OPIRG-Ottawa, please complete the form below and submit it to [email protected] or bring it into the OPIRG office at 631 King Edward. Our office is located on the third floor, there are no elevators in the building; we apologize for any barriers this creates to accessing our services. Please email us or call us at 613-230-3076 for accommodations. OPIRG-Ottawa would like to thank all groups for their applications and interest. Unfortunately we are only able to support a limited amount of action groups. As such, we have two types of action groups: those which receive up to $600.00 of funding per year in addition to support in other capacities, and those which do not receive Action Group funding but do receive support in other capacities. All groups still have the option of submitting a proposal to the board for funding for specific activities. Please read the action group policy attached. Any group which is selected to receive action group status must agree to and sign the action group policy as well all other OPIRG policies. Only groups which are inline with OPIRGs mandate will be selected for consideration of Action Group status. Please contact the OPIRG-Ottawa board should you have any questions, [email protected].
