    Upon consideration of the STIPULATION RE: CLAIMS OF CHIAVATTI, LLC (the Stipulation) 1 entered into between, Westcliff Medical Laboratories, Inc. (Westcliff) and Biolabs, Inc. (Biolabs and, together with Westcliff, the Debtors), on one hand, and

    Chiavatti, LLC (the Creditor), on the other hand, and for good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, as follows: 1. 2. 3. The Stipulation is hereby approved in its entirety. The Scheduled Claim is hereby disallowed in its entirety. Claim No. 182 is hereby allowed as a general unsecured

    claim in the amount of $62,655.16. 4. The Court has and shall retain exclusive jurisdiction
