A. ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT 1. School Planning and Implementation
a. Prepares 3-5 year School Improvement Plan (SIP)/School Action Plan with participation of key stakeholders. b. Addresses key areas in SIP: critical/high risk pupil learning areas, i.e. MPS by subject area pupil access and the school holding power special groups, i.e.CNSP, CCC, ethnic group capability building/staff development resource generation c. Prepares Annual Improvement Plan (AIP) based on school needs with participation of key stakeholders. d. All AIP activities implemented on schedule. e. Uses research tool for planning improvement f. Evaluates progress in implementing SIP g. Realigns plans based on evaluation feedback.

2. Resource Generation Management


a. Has resource generating projects. b. Prioritizes procurement of essential materials. c. Procure materials and other equipment strictly according to accounting and auditing. d. Observes equity in allocation of resources. e. Maximize utilization of materials and other resources (public/private schools) f. Keeps an up to date inventory of school community resources g. Uses financial collections for purposes for which they are collected. h. Keeps audited records of funds utilization open to teachers and community.

a. Has efficient filing system for all school records. b. Utilize data/information for policy formulation/decision making.

4. Professional and Interpersonal Skills and Public Relations


a. Commands respect of the community b. Shows pride in school's accomplishment c. Deals with problems objectively and fairly d. Recognize each person as an individual with unique needs and expertise e. Continuously upgrades one's knowledge and expertise f. Ensures that teachers are highly motivated learners g. Establishes an award and incentive system for teachers, students and other school personnel h. Provide safe and secure school environment

5. Community Partnership
a. Involves stakeholders in planning and implementing school plans. b. Informs community about school accomplishments. c. Maintains good public relations with community to ensure its support.

a. Has operational supervisory plan with varied and innovative strategies to suit different need/all duties of teachers. b. Observe teachers to ensure that all teachers have knowledge and mastery of basic learning competencies. c. Evaluate regularly teachers' lesson plans and other work plans. d. Assist teachers in preparing local instructional materials. e. Implements innovative strategies, programs and projects to respond to current needs of the teachers.
