RISK
1. Hold Pre-job safety meeting Gather up all tools necessary for the job 2. Lockout/Tag out Accumulator Electric pump from SCR Room. Shut off air to Air pumps and tag out. 3. Place all the Accumulator valves in neutral and open Pressure bleed off line 4. Remove the 9/16" plug at bottom of bottle to relieve possible trapped pressure 5. Unscrew and remove bottles in need of repair
Stress on pinch points, overexertion and possible presence of high pressure. Check all tools before use. ELECTRICAL ISOLATION WP Double check both the pumps are shut off.

Check all the valves are in neutral and check pressure gauge on accumulator system to ensure system is bled off. Unscrew slowly to let pressure leak out if present. Stay out of the direction of the plug. Plan removal of bottles to eliminate pinch point positions and overstraining. Have one person stand back to spot personnel keeping hands in pinch point positions.
