But also Mexican Hat, Goosenecks, Valley of the Gods, Brian Head, Posey Lake Plateau, Kolob and more The second tour Land of Legend12/11 reaches into 3 states, AZ, NM and CO taking you from Phoenix through Tucson to Tombstones famous duel at the OK Corral, Acoma Pueblo, and Albuquerque via Santa Fe to Taos. Along the way discover Mesa Verde, the Petrified Forest, take a cruise on Lake Powell, and see Canyon de Chelly, the Rio Grande, Shiprock, and a sunset over Monument Valley. Add to that some of the most beautiful pueblos and missions of the West, mostly forgotten by the common tourist, and you have the most exciting adventure possible: Land of Legend. Our guides are always on hand to help and will also suggest scenic views or stops along the way before embarking each morning. Our team of experienced guides is never in your way, but always just around the corner should you need any help with the drive, the accommodations, or has any other questions along the way. Each vehicle can go at its own comfortable pace, leaving the participants with the feeling of discovering the Wild West for themselves.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid passport (optical Non US resident), valid driver license and major credit card to rent and drive the vehicle.
The minimum age for rental is 21, (for those under 25, please call for inquiry)
CLIMATE
Summer temperatures in the desert can be very hot and dry, with cooler nights.
TIME ZONE
Since Arizona is the only state in the U.S. that does not have Daylight Savings Time, please note that during the winter months we are on Mountain Time (MST), and during the summer on Pacific Time (PST).
MEALS
Breakfast and a Western evening are included. Other meals and drinks are the responsibility of the participants.

All accommodations are arranged and included in the finest 3- and 4-stars hotels.

ITINERARY
The tour consists of traveling through a wide variety of terrains and incredible scenery, pioneer trails, immense canyons, spectacular arches, enormous forests, and lunar landscapes that will take your breath away (especially at our high point of 11,000 feet above sea level). In short, all the sights of the famous American West. The route will be explained daily by our staff and is detailed in our map book. The routes may vary due to unforeseen closures or weather. The map books are the property of All a Dream Tours and must be returned after the tour. Driving will average 140 to 165 miles per day.
DIFFICULTY
Our tours are designed to be scenic drives away from the paved main roads. There is no technical or complicated driving and no 4-wheel-drive experience is necessary. Our tours take you off the beaten path, to places most tourists never see, much less know of, but always stay on easy to drive back roads.
HIGHLIGHTS Safe, guided tours, with the individuality of driving yourself at your own pace, with a simple yet complete trip guide detailing the route and all points of interest along the way. We will also mail you trip information prior to the departure. Our tours are not technical or demanding 4-wheel-driving; they are open and easy for all with a choice of routes for any level. While we recommend a departure time for each days journey, participants are free to commence each day as they please. While always present to assist with any technical or other needs, our guides discreetly stay out of your way, allowing you to experience the wonder on your own. We also offer for any other needs you may have including shopping or restaurant suggestions, etc. Or drive on your own with a 24/24 assistance and info. All vehicles are easy to handle, automatic transmission 4x4 SUVs with air-conditioning. All necessary insurance is included in the package, including liability and collision. A National Park pass is included allowing entrance to all National Parks on the tour. Before departure, all participants receive a Rand McNally map of the United States, as well as a pre-paid phone card for any emergencies along the way. All accommodations are in 1st class hotels and resorts, many of which boast such amenities as a pool or spa. A Western Night in Scottsdale with dinner and live country music. Spectacular cruise on Lake Powell*. Breakfast is included each morning. The daily average drive is about 140 to 165 miles through varying terrain.
