    The purpose for producing design documentation:To obtain development & building approvals. To provide enough information for Contractor to build. To enable Contractor to adequately price for the works. Basis for contractual & administrative relationships.

    The WITH QUANTITIES & WITHOUT QUANTITIES versions are lump sum contract. The lump sum is stated in the Articles, but it is subject to adjustment as allowed in the contract.
