ORIGIN OF SYMBOLS
This method has just three symbols at its basic stage. They are known as SRISTI, KRITI & SAMASTI. Sristi means nature. This symbol indicates and invokes the powers of the nature to create. Kriti means action. This symbol indicates and invokes the powers of action and grounding. Samasti means totality. This symbol indicates and invokes the powers of the entire universe to protect, integrate and generate. These three symbols together work wonders in the process of healing and harmonizing.
SRISTI
Sristi is a symbol of recreation, and creation. A common man first was the fulfilment of his day-today intentions. Only when his material life is complete and satisfied, he can think of spiritual growth. One must remember that it is a rule that you cannot progress spiritually unless and until you are complete materially. Sristi is the format for achieving the material completion. It brings our material requirements into reality. To use this, we have to clearly state our intention, visualize it, cover it with white light and draw Sristi with Rainbow colours, all at one time. (CAUTION: NEVER intend any HARM to anyone, or else. SRISTI will BOUNCE BACK!) To heal someone, you may cover that area with white light, draw Rainbow coloured Sristi over it, and just place your hands over that part of the body which needs healing. When your hands stop vibrating, draw Sristi again and take the hands off. You can do this even at a distance by imagining the ailing part of the patient.
KRITI
Kriti is action. This formula stands for action creating with the help of universal energy and the five elements out of it. It provides the grounding and spread to the process of creation. Kriti is also a general formula for grounding and prosperity. In combination with Sristi and Samasti it is very powerful. Only when a KriyaReiki healer wants to produce just grounding, he can use this formula separately. At all other times he is supposed to use Kriti in combination with Sristi. The above half circle of Kriti is white out of the five lines, first is violet, second is blue, Third is green, Fourth is orange, and fifth is red. The horizontal straight line is white again and the snake shaped line going downwards is golden. Kriti drawn with this colour scheme gives excellent results in healing and in any other intentions.
SAMASTI
Samasti is universal. Just as per its name, this formula stands for the universal energies gathered together. It gives general protection to the things that are created with our intentions. Also it helps as dissolve the barriers in the creation. Samasti is a formula for giving general protection to things. It also works to protect the creation started with Sristi and speeded up by Kriti. In Kriya Reiki when the healer is working on any intention, he has to use Samasti along with Sristi and Kriti. Only when he has to protect, he can cover the thing, event or person with white light and give Samasti. Samasti is a formula where the circle is white, the double half circles are golden and the S shaped figure above the dark blue. To protect one can just imagine a thing, person or event with white light (even at or distance) and Just draw Samasti in.
