1 Purpose 1.1 This procedure is compiled to guide and standardize the work done in system commissioning to ensure equipment and system can be put into operation in an orderly way. 1.2 Check that electric and thermal process protections, interlocks, and signal devices operate correctly. 1.3 Inspect equipment operation, test system performance, and rectify defects that might exist. 2.
