B. Correspondence / Communication Protocol i) On Technical Matters : All letter correspondences to be addressed to Project Manager : Sri PC Rai. ii) For any clarification on technical issues M/s. BSL may communicate with MECON with intimation to
Project Manager.
iii) Reporting of day to day site related activities : M/s. BSL to communicate on daily/regular basis
related to site activities/issues with DGM(P) & Project Manager : Sri PC Rai & DK Karmakar, AM(P)
Interval of Report and format iv) On Commercial issues: M/s. BSL to communicate with DGM (IPM-PP) : Sri S Kundu with a copy to
DGM(P) PC Rai and if necessary to GM(P) & ED(P).
v) On Financial issues: M/s. BSL to communicate with DGM (IPM-Fin) : Sri PK Karmakar with a copy
to DGM(P) PC Rai and if necessary to GM(P) & ED(P).
C. Submission of L-2 Network, Drawings as Documents with Soft copy i)

L-2 Network in MS Projects with fixing milestone convertible to Primavera : Date of Submission DSP/MECON. Date of submission :

Site work i) Commence date of Site work : Activity wise schedule of Site clearance and Civil work. ii) Gate pass for workmen : M/s BSL has to take on necessary action as per DSP norms at earliest. iii) Deployment of Construction equipment : Type of equipment with deployment Schedule. iv) Erection Schedule : List of item to be delivered at site for erection with erection schedule. G. Misc Points i) Insurance, ESI / PF / Labour License : To be complied as per DSP's norms. ii) Billing Schedule : M/s. S&L to submit Billing Schedule of Supply item and Erection work for
approval to DSP, Project. in time. iii) Submission of Contract document : To be submitted 25 copies.
