    Tech (FPE) APPLICATIONS


    I. General Instructions 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. Before filling the application form, read the information brochure carefully and completely. Use black ball point only for filling the application form. Enter the particulars correctly, neatly and legibly using BOLD letters only. Attach the photocopied certificates wherever necessary Enclose one passport size photograph extra with the application Tick the appropriate boxes only, wherever necessary. Avoid overwriting, while filling the particulars. Signature must be clearly signed without over writing. Parents/ Guardian must sign with clear written name. Affix your recent colour passport size photograph within the box provided. Signature must be done in the box provided below the affixed photo. 11. Incomplete application form will be instantly rejected. 12. Completed application form addressed to The Director, Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, Pudukkottai Road, Thanjavur 613 005, should reach on or before 5.00 pm, 31.05.2012. 13. Application forms reaching after the due date will not be accepted. II. Guidelines to fill the application form 1. Name of the candidate: Enter your name in BOLD letters.
