PLD was an important life experienceI only wish I had done it 10 years earlier. The cases were highly effective in demonstrating principles, and the fourth module really opened my eyes to the essence of leadership. I found the self-reflections insightful and the positive feedback powerful, something that I will definitely carry forward in my teams.
