You can achieve this by employing a team of scientists from different disciplines, to work together for finding the best possible solution in the interest of the organisation as a whole. The solution thus obtained is known as an optimal decision. 't has basic characteristics such as s%stems orientation, usin$ interdisciplinar% $roups, appl%in$ scientific methodolo$%, providin$ !uantitative answers, revelation of newer problems and the consideration of human factors in relation to the state under which research is bein$ conducted.

o This approach reco$ni4es the fact that the behavior of an% part of the s%stem has an effect on the s%stem as a whole.
