    Business Needs:
    Nowadays every GYM has to keep a track on the record of every customer or member of their GYM which requires a tedious paper work and management of large stock pile of record files. It is not only venerable as it has no backup but in fact it impossible to make assure that no member should be skipped when it comes to payment.

    Problem:
    The objective of our project is to introduce automation in GYMs and fitness centers as they have to deal with large number of customers each day. The problems which are being faced by GYMs are as follows:-

    Keeping a track on Users Information:


    It was impossible to maintain records for each member manually. Sometimes the members have also skipped with their payments.

    Maintenance of record:
    GYM owners have to rely on the mouth of word of the sales employee like cashier. Difficulties in maintenance of record for inventory like exercise machines

    System Requirements
    For Owners:
    System should inform the owner about the total sales for each month. Which Machines needs to be replaced or repaired?

    For Employee:
    System should ease to track the record for each member. Make it possible to change or update members information.

    General Requirements:
    The proposed system should be having user friendly Interface

    System Features:
    A graphical user interface of a GYM so that employees can perform their work easily A computerized system for bill generation in order to maintain transparency of the system
