ILLINOIS COMMUNITY COLLEGE BOARD (ICCB)
Perkins Postsecondary Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program. Provide opportunities for
high school and college students to build academic, career and technical skills, with partnerships
among secondary education, postsecondary education, and industry to promote student success.

STUDENT SERVICES DIVISION
A shortened version of the Career Exploration Workshops, conducted for recently unemployed adults,
are offered at least twice per semester/term free of charge. This is a collaborative effort between
Counseling, Career Services, and the Library.

HEALTH & SCIENCES DIVISION
Numerous tours of the ECEC program and the new Health & Sciences building for community
programs including 204 members of the National Association for the Education of Young Children,
Naperville School District, and Argonne National Lab Child Development Center.

SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC AND SPECIAL POPULATIONS SUCH AS
THE UNEMPLOYED
ADMISSIONS OFFICE
The Admissions office will waive the application fee for unemployed persons with proper
documentation.
OTHER
LIBERAL ARTS DIVISION
Graphic Arts Technology
In Spring 2010 Graphic Arts Technology will work closely with the College and community to help
produce printing materials in the new Output Center in the former Dental Hygiene space in the Arts
Center. This new facet of GAT will provide students with the opportunity to work in a production
environment. New equipment and procedures will help pave the path for new external and internal
partnerships and revised curriculum.
