PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: CERAM-KOTE 54 SF (Saudi ARAMCO Approved under: APCS-2i, APCS-28 and APCS-117) a two pack ceramic composite Novolac Lining providing chemical resistance, corrosion and abrasion protection to a wide variety of metal, fibreglass, reinforced plastic and concrete substrates in extremely aggressive environments . SURFACE PREPARATION: First coating and repair - Gritblasting to minimum Sa 2.5 (ISO 8501-1). Surface is to have a good profile with an average roughness of >50m. CONDITION DURING APPLICATION: Substrate temperature should be above 10oC and at least 3oC above dew point. Relative humidity should be below 85%. Temperature and relative humidity must be measured in the vicinity of the substrate. DRYING TIME: Substrate Fully cured Chemically Temperature resistant o 23 C 48 hrs* 7d Recoating time (Wet/Wet) .
