Oracle Applications R12 was selected to implement a scalable, integrated ERP and self-service solution to replace the existing Quick Books system. A two-phased approach was adapted to implement Oracle Applications project, referred to as SPOC (Single Point of Contact). The applications, interfaces and data conversion activities that were completed as part of Phase I were Financials - General Ledger. - Accounts Receivable. - Accounts Payable. - Fixed Asset. Interfaces - Oracle Receivables Open Transaction Imports. - Centralization of Customers. Data Conversions - General Ledger Balances. - Open Accounts Receivables Invoices. - Open Accounts Receivables Receipts. - Open Accounts Payables Invoices. - Fixed Assets.
