Machine Process- Process Details- Machine Type- Batch Process System. Feeding Material- Scrap Tyre. Fuel- Wood, Gas, Coal or Oil. Reactor Capacity- 5/10/12 tons. Process-The waste Tyre or plastic are feed into the reactor vessel and initial heat is provided with the help of wood, gas, coal or oil under controlled conditions of temperature and pressure. The process will bring about molecular restructuring of the rubber and convert into the vapors and gases. This vapor and gases will flow into vapor gas separating tank. Then, these vaporized gases are passed through heat exchangers and convert that vapor into liquid in the form of Tyre oil. During the process we also get pyro gases, so we use this gases for heating of reactor in the later stage of the process and we burn the exceed gases in the burning room. During the process, carbon black and steel are also generated. The heat exchangers use water for cooling as a condensing medium and this water is re-circulated through process. We pull-out carbon black from reactor and put into packing bag. The oil automatically collects in the machine storage tank. At the end we pull out steel wires.

Life of the reactor is around 2.5 to 3 years. It depends on its thickness. When its thickness comes to 8mm you need to change the reactor.
You can sell that reactor as a scrap where you will get 2 to 3 lakhs depending upon the reactor size.
Cost of the reactor for 10 tons is around 15 lakhs & for 12 tons is around 20 lakhs as per today's iron rates.
3. Maintenance procedure after every batch. Maintenance procedure would be taught at the time of operator training.
I will throw light on some of the important maintenance points of the machinery- 1. Daily 20% cleaning of reactor. 2. Daily cleaning Heavy oil tank. 3. Daily Oiling of bearings. 4. Daily Cleaning of reactor door.
These are the maintenance points you need to take care after completing one batch. Overlapping of responsibilities could be done, as a result no time lapse is there between the two batches.

Specification Report of steel will also be provided at time of installation.

c. Safety of the reactor- 1. Designing of reactor of is done in such a manner no leakage is there from reactor at the time of process. Radiography testing is performed on full reactor (3rd party test report is provided to client at the time of machine installation). In the system pressure ranges 0.05 to 1 kg/bar & we have designed this reactor to withstand 10 kg/bar pressure.
2. Smaller circumference of reactor main door. Smaller the circumference easy to manage the cleaning process of door.
Example- Conditions to consider- 1. Blockage at the outlet. 2. Improper cleaning of the reactor main door.
When there is blockage in the reactor outlet so the vapor will come back and will tried to flow towards reactor door. If the reactor door circumference is larger than there would be larger area from where vapor can be leaked due to improper handing & cleaning of reactor main door.
3. Carbon outlet door is in the front of the reactor face, instead of providing at the side of the reactor (mostly provided in most of the Chinese machinery). This is done because we are avoiding direct heat contact to the reactor door.
Reactor Covers- Top Cover-Top cover consists two layers one with fire-bricks walls & than glass wool. This provides isolation to reactor from the external environment & also heat loss is less during burning process. Side Cover- Side covers also consists two layers one with fire-bricks walls & than glass wool. This provides isolation to reactor from the external environment & also heat loss is less during burning process.
Reactor Base-In Chinese Machinery reactor base is built by the buyers. In our machinery we manufacture the reactor base as it requires some engineering concepts to provide proper alignment of the reactor & machinery. The reactor base is also made from MS steel with fire-bricks wall mounted in it.
Welding Process- Special welding rods of IBR (Indian Boiler Regulation) standards are used for welding the reactor. We are using Automatic Arc Welding.

Pyrolysis Oil is the major product in this process. The oil which is derived from the process its density lies between LDO (Light Diesel Oil) & FO (Furnace Oil).
LDO density is around 0.85 to 0.89 gm/cc at 27 degree centigrade. Calorific Value Approx 10500 kcal/kg.
FO density is around 0.95 to 0.97 gm/cc at 27 degree centigrade. Calorific Value - Approx 10500 kcal/kg.
Pyrolysis Oil density is around 0.89 to 0.91 gm/cc at 27 degree centigrade Calorific Value - Approx 10500 kcal/kg.
This technology is nothing but one kind of cracking & hence to achieve proper quality its designing should be proper. 22 feets height is provided for the same to get high quality fuel output & thus separating heavy molecules (Heavy oil) & light molecules (pyrolysis oil).
Quantity of pyrolysis oil- To achieve quantity we have provided Cell & Tube Type arrangement with water cooling system in condensing system with 37 tubes & 1 Cell for both vertical & horizontal condensers. The designing is added with various calculation & heat exchangers concepts
3- Horizontal Condensers Efficient cooling tower is provided. Cooling tower of 50 TR is provided
Quality MS steel material are used for condensers.
Water Pumps which are used are of Crompton Greaves. Its warranty cards will also provided at the time of installation.

3. Safety Measures- a. designing of Reactor- In the system pressure ranges 0.05 to 1 kg/bar & we have designed this reactor to withstand 10 kg/bar pressure with X-ray testing. Material- BQ MS Steel.
b. Remote Access Software System is provided i.e. computerized controlling system is provided. By this system you can control the Plant from anywhere in the world if you have the internet access available. (For- You are controlling the system from the home or office).
c. Automatic Temperature & Pressure controlling system is provided.
If the temperature or the pressure goes above the mentioned level than it will automatically come down to desirable level. This system avoids 100% accidents in the plant.
d. Counter Fire Backing System- (Use of gas tank in our plant) This system is present in our plant since we started manufacturing of this plant
As you know that we are using the gas generated in the system for burning, so when the burning process is taken over by gases, the gases are passed through the water which is stored in the gas tank. Sometimes gases trends to come back to gas tank from the blowers below the reactor base. Hence if this burning gases feedback to gas tank it is passed through the stored water which avoids the blast caused by backing of gases.
e. Digital Temperature & Pressure Gauge is provided. Digital output is visible on the PLC.
f. Good quality of material used in valve. All valves used in the system are of Stainless Steel.
g. All the motors & fuel pumps used in the system are of ABB. Its warranty cards will also provided at the time of installation.

Regarding Pollution- Sir, in this process there are 3 important points where chances of pollution increases. 1. Treatment of gas generated due to the burning of wood for initial heating. 2. 1. Treatment of gas generated due to burning of wood for initial heating. Smoke Handling System- It is also called as smoke scrubber system which is placed at the top of the cover of reactor. In this process the smoke generated during the burning of wood or coal is suck by the blower & that gas is treated with water wherein the carbon, wood & ash particles are settled down in the block due to heavy density as compared to water & due to the smokes temperature water will evaporate & white smoke which is pure smoke is emitted out of the chimney from the height mention by PCB.
This system avoids the air pollution occurred due to the burning of wood.
2. Treatment of pyrolytic gases in the process. We are reusing the 80 to 85% of generated pyrolytic gases for the heating of reactor & remaining 15 to 20% gases are burned off separately in the burning room & thus destroying the methane gas.
This system avoids the air & odour pollution.
3. Collection of carbon from the reactor. In our process we have given direct outlet to collect carbon. Need to install pipe to collect carbon & then directly filled the carbon to carriage bags & thus avoiding the carbon to expose to the atmosphere & thus avoiding pollution due to carbon.
