    9. BRIEF DESCRIPTION ABOUT THE ORGANAIZATION

    Ernst & Young (branded as EY) is a multinational professional services firm headquartered in London. The
    organization operates as a network of member firms which are separate legal entities in individual
    countries. It
    has 167,000 employees and more than 700 offices in more than 140 countries. It provides assurance
    (including financial audit), tax, consulting and advisory services to companies.

    10. PS-II PROGRAM

    Students will be given a brief orientation about the organisation and this will be followed by detailed
    exposure to the selected technology and the products for a period of two to three weeks.Projects will be
    assigned on the basis of this initial exposure and student interest.

    12. Mid-Term Evaluation

    13. Make Up

    Make up shall not be provided for group discussion.Make up for other components of evaluation,wherever
    feasible,will be offered only for genuine cases
    14. Mid-semester and final grading
    Grading will be generally done by preparing a histogram of the marks obtained by the students and cluster
    analysis,keeping in view the maximum,minimum and average marks of the group.
    15. Special Instructions
    Taking leave during the PS program is not allowed.In cases of extreme emergency prior permission is to be taken
    from the instructor.Any such leave is to be compensated by working on holidays.Fornightly progress report is to be
    submitted on 1st and 15th of every month.
