Job Description: Relationship Manager Emerging

Key Responsibilities
Internal and external stakeholder coordination

Responsible for maintaining Relationship of 70-100 EEG client (depending on grade )


Interaction with the credit and ops team for sanction of renewals and limit updating
Customer service

Proper takeover of the portfolio from acquisition team and enhancement of the
portfolio based on customer requirement
Ensure that the limits are maximum utilized by the customer

Business development

Achieve the Disbursement targets (enhancements) allocated


Ensure early regularization of delinquent accounts
Proactive management, Review and exit of stressed accounts
Ensure cross sell of liability and asset products to existing customers and also cross
sell of other products like Retail assets, General Insurance, Credit cards etc
Customer profiling sheet and identifying cross sell / revenue increasing opportunity
Ensure fee income growth by increasing the NFB Limits, FX

Other business activities

Responsible for complete Housekeeping renewal of the account, Call Memo, Site
and plant visit, submission of stock statement on time

Eligibility

Age: Less than 28 years.


MBA/PGDM with 0-2 years work experience.
Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th, graduation and post-graduation.

CTC Details
INR 2.10 to 6.00 Lakhs (Fixed), basis B-school/institute and experience. Details will be
provided during interview.

Sourcing and disbursement of working capital

Sourcing of working capital files by activating sourcing channels like branches, direct
sales and achieving the disbursement target set for the year
Customer meeting for assessment of customer profile and eligibility
Activation of sourcing channels to generate leads for working capital
Interaction with credit and operations team for sanction and disbursement of the file
selling
Sourcing of liability business from existing and new customers
Sourcing of asset leads for other asset products

MBA/PGDM - freshers.
